Mcdonald's

First of all, it took 15 minutes for me to get my frappe and there was only one other person at the McDonald’s with me. Also, they NEVER have sprite or hand sanitizer. Whenever you’re using your app to get a free item, take a picture of the screen! Apparently they’re always out of receipt paper and when we got to the window to pick our food up, after we paid, they tried to say we didn’t order and didn’t pay for what we got. When we were inside ordering they asked us to order on the kiosk, and we did, but we had cash so we needed someone to come to the register so we could pay. We paid and they gave us the cups for our drinks, but once we filled up our cups up we realized there were no lids for the size drinks we got, so we went back up to the counter and after saying excuse me 4 times someone finally came up and told us to order at the kiosk… all we needed were lids since they don’t stock the lid holders in the fountain drink area. These events are from 2 separate trips in the same day (today). To top it all off this is the bathroom… DO NOT LOOK AT THE PICTURES IF YOU’RE EATING!!!

I normally get a fish fillet meal with no tarter sauce, no salt on fries, and Dr pepper. I chose the 2 cheeseburger meal with no pickle, no salt on the fries, sand Dr pepper. The burgers was so messy, one had to much ketchup, and the other too much mustard. I worked at McDonald's when minimum wage was $3.75, and we would never let nothing like this come off our line to give to a customer. Service and quality has really went down since the pandemic.

Not so much on the "Fast" part of Fast Food. Have been here a couple of times at both lunch and dinner times and it always takes a while to get your food, even if there are no cars in front of you at the drive thru. I wouldn't mind the wait so much, but even after having to pull forward to a curbside spot to wait for my food...my burger tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day. The meat was dry and the bun was stale and crumbly and the fries were cold. Unfortunately this was not just a one time occurrence on the food not being hot or fresh when served. I suggest you check your food before you leave the window...or the curbside spot if you have to wait for your food.

Fast food is fast food so don’t expect too much, they were fast with my 3 chicken biscuit meals and the manager even went to the back to grab us some sweet and sour sauce. Only grip they need to change their oil a little more often when it comes to this fried chicken game, the chicken had a hint of old oil tasty to it.

The line is always wrapped around the store! Ive sat in there line for up to 45 minutes before because it was the only thing open at the time so i just waited. And they are never open after 1am what is the point of saying its 24 hours when its not. I truly just think they dont wanna take orders anymore after a certain time

Out of literally every drink/syrup front and back of house. Food was warm and not hot ie fries/burgers. No one but management will read this but on March 13 2022 there was a major breakdown in everything with SO MANY employees. Every table was dirty and the paper towels were out in the bathroom. Auditors please visit now you would shut this place down how can business be done like this. Not a good McDs
