What a disaster....I was in a mood for some good hot chicken. Man I was I disappointed. First off the wait time was ridiculous. I waited in the line for at least 15 min and when I finally got to the order screen I was told to hold for another 5 min. It was ok I was motivated to eat some chicken. The first issue was I ordered a 3 piece white and received and three piece dark. Not a huge deal but I did pay for the white meat. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with a extra side of Mac n cheese. When I got home and opened my side of potatoes they had some kind of substance in them. It reminded of grits almost. I threw the while meal away. What a waste.

Order was complete but the order was placed online 30+ Minutes beforehand and I still had to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby area. Our fries were half way filled, cold Mac and cheese, we were not given the amount of hot sauce we asked for and when asked for a “complimentary” dessert because of the long wait I was told “no.” I spoke to Lamont and he said there was nothing he could do and wasn’t going to give a complimentary dessert and he had others order he had to work on. What is the purpose of placing an online order when you are not gonna get it the time when it said it’s going to be ready? The order was supposed to be ready by 7:48 pm and I didn’t leave the store until about 8:13 PM. I feel like this is inappropriate customer service and there was no one that was going to take accountability for the lack of time and for me to sit there and wait an additional 20 minutes. I have placed orders online at other restaurants such as chipotle and our order is always ready on time when it says it’s going to be. And, the customer service at this KFC is horrible and they were people just walking around in the restaurant cooking or talking to other people and no one acknowledges you when you’re coming in and you just stand there. I am curious as to why other restaurants such as Chick-fil-A or chipotle acknowledge you and everything is done accordingly and you get your food in a timely manner why are your employees not trained that way?

Service was lousy. The Manager whose name was Ashley was very rude and I ended up leaving because of her rudeness. She said she could care less. I was trying to tell her what I wanted and she insisted on telling me what to order. If I wanted 2 pieces of chicken and sides that's what I would have ordered. I will not go back. The parking lot is never full and they are never equipped with what you want. The worse KFC.

Just ordered online … they have just two people working ! So they didn’t have the order ready ! Also one of the two guys was very rude with another employee… I always check reviews before ordering food but this time I didn’t pay attention to the reviews …! I don’t recommend this restaurant ! There is some other restaurants of fried chicken in the area better than this KFC.

Asked for 2 Nashville hot tender 5pc orders just the tenders no meal, told I couldn’t do that. I understand cause I know how some locations are dependent on what they have on hand so whatever. They said I could do it in 6pc each so I did that instead. I got home and the tenders weren’t even the Nashville hot ones. I’m seeing past reviews commenting on their orders just being completely wrong, so I wouldn’t recommend this location either.

This has to be the most disgraceful KFC location I’ve ever been to. My family and I have been living in the area for 6 years and I kid you not: we have NEVER had a pleasant experience! They either forget to place something in the bag that we have ordered, don’t have an item that is listed on the menu, the “crispy chicken” is soggy, we have to pull up to wait for 10 minutes for something like CHICKEN to be cooked at a restaurant that specializes in making chicken, or worst of all, the attitude from the cashiers.
I’m over it at this point. I’ve come here about 3-4 times always hoping that they will redeem themselves but am consistently disappointed. Well, today was the end. I’m from southwest Atlanta and I am here to say that coming further out of the city limits does NOT guarantee better service. The owners should reassess who they have running/operating their restaurants.

Worst KFC location ever! Bad attitude and ugly stare. They didn't have cheese for the famous bowl and she said she didn't care. She said they should have cheese at home and if they don't they should go across the street and get some. If I hadn't already paid I would have left right when she said that.

Visited this location on 3/29/22. Ordered 2 three-piece meals in the drive-thru. When I got home I found they were both two-piece meals. I left the food so it wouldn’t be cold. I got back to KFC about 20 minutes after receiving the order. I explained what happened to the same person who took my original order. He said he didn’t remember me and grilled me with questions. A person behind him said I was trying to get a free meal and asked for the receipt. I said the receipt was not included and the window person agreed. They both said there wasn’t anything they could do. I pulled out my phone and showed the charge. He still was skeptical and said he would have to talk to the manager. After a few minutes they begrudgingly gave me the two pieces but only after several demeaning comments from the person in back. I will never go to this KFC again.
