This experience is an annoying one. The baker here must be wearing a fragrance or some sort of perfume or essential oil because the donuts and the baked goods taste like a flowery fragrance taste I’m a palled and I expected better from this branch. This is twice now once in the morning and once in the afternoon! I’m so displeased like eww!! Not to mention the treated to US fully vaccinated loyal customers manager greeting us with you have to be outside and find your QR code I am not impressed!

Every time I walk in (3 times in a row) the older lady at the front completely ignores me standing in front of the till. Several employees will glance at me and say nothing. 2 full minutes will go by before my existence is acknowledged. If it happened once or twice I would not make a bad review. But on the third occurence i'm actually offended. (this coming from a 4+ year tim's employee). Customer service is important.

Google really needs to have zero star option all this Tim’s deserves horrible customer service very rude smelled of body odour soon she opened the window for the drive through the smell was so strong it’s like this franchise doesn’t care about their customer service anymore just overall ignorant at most locations
(Personal hygiene is important in a food establishment take notes Because it’s getting ridiculous and it’s gross)

If there was a zero star option that’s what this review would be I said regular lemonade they asked me 3 times playing mind games and said finally they said classic lemonade and I said yes they gave me a iced lemonade that I can’t drink because it’s too sweet what ever you do don’t go to this location just drive down the road to kinzie location it’s better and the workers are Rude at this location

9 times out of ten, the coffee is garbage. Last three times I've gotten burnt coffee. Today I got burnt coffee with weird floating things in it - for context they just announced the province to be closed down due to covid-19.
Update, I love recycling. Especially used bagel wrappers for my not bagel food!!!

Honestly, who does this?? Adding advertisements to a donut bag? Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies on hygiene either...chocolate dip from donut was stuck to paper ad...

Im a regular coffee drinker at tims but for the last two days I bought coffee from 2 different stores, this place being one of them, I had to simply dumped them just test like water not coffee test or smell what so ever. From this day I've officially decided not to buy coffee but to make one that test like coffee at home.

Wouldn't ever go here again. Accepting mobile orders for items they do not have and then not offering any solution other than "go online". Great customer service
