Tim Hortons

Cool location, the staff is wonderful, attentive and ready to assist you the moment you walk in and it's very clean. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is the restaurant cuts of their ability to serve meals 2 hours earlier than their official closing time ( i dont know if it is their policy or simply their practice). Once they stop making meals all you have available is coffee, juices and pastries.

Brutal customer service to not only me but the others in line before and after me. They were out of many products and the employees didn't know how to make any substitutions or refunds and said "I don't know" in response to most of the questions. None of the requests made were outlandish, they were questions simple menu items. The service was slow and the employees weren't professional or kind. If it's slow and they are unkind lack knowledge of basic qurstions why would someone return? I know I will avoid this location now.

Just watched a customer try to get a cup of tap water. The worker was very rude to him and said he had to pay for the cup. I'm a former Tim Hortons worker, and we never denied anyone access to tap water, nor demanded any form of payment. On top of this, the worker who served me was very abrupt and unpleasant. I only ordered one box of Timbits, which she threw on top of the debit machine, on its side, instead of handing it to me. Regardless, I tried to say thank you, but she was already yelling for the next customer's order before I even grabbed my Timbits. I know working these types of jobs is exhausting, but everyone there just seemed to be grumpy and rude.

Just grabbed a snack with my favourites, French Vanilla coffee ☕️ & a plain Old Fashioned donut 🍩. I've never gone to this location before, it sits on the end of a small strip mall on Fischer- Hallman in Kitchener. I was on my way back from a Doc. Visit and headed to the expressway. The staff were more efficient and focused than a lot of the TH's I've been in. That right there is saying a lot! There are so many franchises that hire young staff that are great and eager to work. For the number of great locations there are some that are run poorly by any age group. Their biggest problem being, no focus on work, chatting amongst eachother with no awareness of counter customers, taking breaks at peak hours and not enough supervised staff on shift to keep things running smoothly. That being said, on the whole, there's more great TH'S than poorly run ones! This location has no drive through as its a limited parking lot area and they built on a too small lot to expand. I believe it's an older location. Parking limited.....

One of the worst experiences I had at a Tim Hortons branch, we ordered some drinks, the staff members prepared a couple of them and then went to the back of the kitchen talking and laughing, 10 minutes passed by and am waiting for someone to come and complete our order, no body came, so I called them, the lady came and yelled "WHAT"!!! I told her our order is missing some drinks. She put the 2 remaining drinks on the countertop and hurried back to the back to complete the laughing

Awful service I am a student and every time I go there after school, they MESS UP my order and keep me waiting for almost half an hour. This isn't what bothers me the most. The staff are very unfriendly and every time they mess up my order, and I tell them that I am waiting for my order, they would glare at me and roll their eyes as if I am stealing. A word of advice have a talk with that old blonde lady and all the staff, because they don’t have a positive attitude towards young people who just want to get their treat after school.
