Firehouse Subs

This is probably the worst Firehouse I have been to. It took 30 minutes to get an Italian sandwich at 2:30pm when it was hardly busy at all. They gave my order to the wrong person, he thumbed through the sandwich and realized it was not his, gave it back, then they served it to me. The staff watched him pick the sandwich apart at the counter with his fingers, put it back together, then they proceeded to give it to me, not remaking it after this customer put his hands all through it. Even after this, the order was still made incorrectly even though the receipt was right. Most Firehouse locations are really great, clean and fast. This location is absolutely disgusting.

The food here is always great and On a day when they aren't busy, they're typically very quick to get your order to you but if they are busy then be prepared to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes for your food in a swarm of people sometimes trailing out the door. Can't complain about the service though. Never had a bad encounter with them.
