Dunkin'

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. Waiting 20+ mins for 5 cars, even though I already ordered for pickup .. the front inside is ALWAYS closed. Drinks are sooooo inconsistent. Employees have a horrible attitude. Today the coffee shop ran out of cream at 8am. Save your time and patience and just go across the street to Starbucks. At least they’re friendly!

Our drinks and ice cream were tasty and refreshing on a hot day, but customer service was not the best. They were slow as molasses with no sense of urgency, and checked people out at the register out of order. We tried to order different drinks and were met with "we're out of the ice cream needed for that." - and that was the end of the conversation. We figured out on our own that we could use different ice cream in the place of what they didn't have. That is not good customer service. Even when the product is good, if customers don't feel valued they won't return.

I would rate this location a zero for hot black coffee, with a temperature of 74.7° at 8:45 AM. I fail to understand how the coffee is this cold unless it was just recycled from yesterday. I have been to this location three times and I always try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, however, the apathy at this location is consistently palpable and the management should be embarrassed.

Great if you like being ignored by three employees while trying to place an order. It's pretty infuriating when one just goes to sit in the dining area to look at you with another to look at you and continue to clean just to stop to do a drive through order and the third who appears, looks at you and walks to the back again. It took me saying excuse me just to get a response. Garbage customer service but the coffee was ok.

I’ve never had anyone be rude to be like one of the women here. Another dunkin im going to stop coming to because they dont have something that i placed my mobile order for and then i have to call for 30 minutes to get a refund. To go from because rude to me because i didn’t wait 10 minutes before placing my order (mind you there was no one else there) then trying to apologize after making me pull forward and wait just for them not to have an item. I understand there are supply and demand issues but they said this was because someone didn’t prep the items the night before.

Ordered breakfast sandwich, after waiting for my order and outside, I double checked the ticket. It wasn't what I ordered. I went back inside, waited, finally someone asked if i needed help. I explained that I didn't get what I ordered. The ítem I had ordered wasn't available. Anyway, may give them another try.

Occasionally my wife wants food from here (can’t figure why). The drive through microphone barely works and your order usually has to be given 2-3 times. Half the time it comes out wrong anyway. Today the staff had attitude like taking an order at all was an inconvenience. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
