Papa Johns Pizza

I would five this Papa Johns a 5 🌟 stars easily if whomever the owner is would stay open later than 10pm. Here's my rationale. Let's say 60% of people (bot including your staff Papa Johns Gray) get off at/around 5pm. Other get off between 6-8 pm. So that 40% must get home and basically immediately eat dinner. Noo e does that. Great restraint. Bad hours. Food tastes great and the employees are absolutely fantastic! Owner: find 2 people to work until 11pm that's only 2 hours after you close (on weekdays) you'll make money hand over fist. Better yet... let me run it during those hours. I'll show ya 😉.

Ordered ahead by over an hour, arrived to nothing being ready. 2 out of 4 employees not wearing masks. Lobby does not require social distancing. Entry says maximum of 2 customers and that masks are required. Customers are to retrieve their own 2 liters with no one sanitizing or cleaning up after them. This would be 1 star but the cashier was extremely apologetic.

Placed an order online. Received an email saying that it would be ready in 26 minutes. Get there 30 mins later, and told it wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, they tell us they messed up the order and would need to remake it. Fortunately, they were throwing in a brownie for all our troubles. Wow!!! That is far too kind of you. Considering I don't have my pizza 1.5 hours after my emailed order confirmation. Never again!!!

I hate to report complaints or bad reviews but this place is terrible. I had placed my order through Grubhub. I selected the “pickup” option so I could pick up my own order. I proceeded to the restaurant to pick up my order after the app notified me that my order was ready. When I got to the restaurant, the employee informed me that my order was never made because they don’t bother to make Grubhub orders because they are never picked up. Then the employee said it would be another 20 minutes. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have another 20 minutes to waste. The employees never apologized for the inconvenience or try to make things right. I asked for the store manager or corporate number but I think they gave me a false number. I then asked for a refund. The employee said since it was through Grubhub that she didn’t know if or how it would go back on there. So I finally got ahold of the customer care line, where they informed me that I had to contact Grubhub to get my money back. I won’t be back to this location but I thought I should let people be aware of this location.

Pepperoni pizza and garlic knots were WONDERFUL, not to mention my fiance was in and out in less than 2 min if that, and proceeded to tell me that Mike, the one who served him, did everything so well and he was also going to leave a review. Adding the perfect garlic knots in a photo, I ate a bunch. Haha.

My wife and I have been long time customers up until today. My wife called to order a pizza and was told to call the hotline and got hung up on. I called back to speak to the manager about the incredible rude customer service from heather. Only to be hung up on again. I understand everyone is short staffed but that doesn’t mean you can be rude. So from now on it will be Pizza Hut for us. 10 minutes for our order and great service.
