The service is gr8! My order was taken and prepared in a timely manner. The lady and gentleman who prepared my Krystals got em right on the 1st try. They now know how I love my sackfull every tyme I come. No mustard. Heavy ketchup. Heavy pickles and Heavy mayonnaise. #makemwet #makemsloppy

It's usually ok but the wait time at the drive thru was HORRIBLE. I waited at least 15 minutes in line behind another car to get my food. Not really sure what was going on but after that customer left, my food came right out.

This place is a rip off the employees are great but apparently the owner is adding 5+ dollars to advertised menu items and charging a dollar to take a card so a 16 dollar meal now cost 21 before you get charged for using your bank card so you pay 24 after tax and fees for being a patron to his restaurant

Pulled up the night before Thanksgiving with a huge order with 7 minutes to spare before closing. The staff working didn't mind to fill my order at all! Very nice and friendly!

Went back today guess what drive through only. Hey to the drive thru guess what they charge you 4.25% up charge for using a card. I’m done with this place.

Mmmmm very disappointed not even worth the words. Either new ownership or somethings in the water. I'll say I've never eaten White Castle but I wish we had one of those instead.
