This location is amazing, best out of all the Zaxby's I've every been to. The food came out quick and hot, not to mention the great service by staff. Management member Kinley really stepped it up and raised my expectations for how someone should be a manager. Great Place, Thanks :)

This location has a friendly staff and a standard size dining area. They offer all the local favorites including the new chicken sandwich. It is tasty however I am still a fan of another establishment. They carry coke products and of course their famous sweet tea. Wait times are average at this location despite the rural location.

I have been to many locations and they have all been great. However, this is my third time here and all have been horrible. 1st time they double charged me and also gave me the completely wrong order. Second time, a ghetto white girl had no personality and rude. Third was today and the chicken is completely dry/cold and once again the guy at the window had a attitude.

A bunch of kids working that dont care about customer service, food not good, always burnt fries, asked for some not burnt, got more that were burnt, dining room was dirty, employees standing around playing and being loud. It’s bad when you can go to Macon and get better food and service!!

The service was atrocious. There definitely needs to be a shut down rehire at this location. My fries were cold asked for fresh the little girl told me that they would drop the same fries in the grease for me. The audacity, I come to spend over 10 dollars on a meal for you to disrespect me. I asked for cooperate number the young lady told me to find it myself. Slammed the window. I proceeded to ask for a manager and the manager wouldn’t even give me her name or the other girls name.

Drive through service was quick and friendly but the food was terrible 😞 the chicken and fries were barely warm and tasted like they had been sitting for some time. We ate just after 5pm.

I always order a Grilled Cob Salad.
Sometimes it’s really good.
Sometimes it’s really lousy.
Depends on who is in the kitchen I guess.
I recommend with some reservation.
