The biebs brew (without cold foam) was really nice. Although avocado toast tasted okay. Felt like it was a tad too salty and bread was not very fresh.

I go to Tim Hortons every day.
I have been avoiding this one since the last bad experience I had with them.
I go outa my way to go to a different Tim Hortons.

And I asked for a latte and also got that wrong.

Poor service and employees need to go home and learn how to wash their hands.

i was so happy about my caramel iced cap until I drank the whole thing and then stirred my Cool Whip and there was the topper in the middle of my whip cream, so that means that it fell in there and they opened a new one and left it in there. very disappointed.

I used to come here every day. Stopped coming because every coffee tasted horrible and the food was nasty. Started going to Dunkin and came back today because it’s on the way to work and I was desperate. Once again, I’m severely disappointed. The coffee tastes like mold.
The good thing about this franchise is that it’s just this location and not most others!

This place is going down hill and absolutely disgusting. I’ve been coming here for years and I will no longer buy anything from drinks here. Bought my last breakfast sandwich there this morning and the egg is hard (mind u it’s only 8:30 AM so things should be relatively fresh) cheese is hard. Has to be reused from a different shift. Waste of money. Just go to the one on Owen. Clean inside and food always tastes fresh.

Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they told me they aren't allowed to toast it or put the cream cheese on now because they're too busy and short staffed, yet i was the only person in line and there were 3 staff members standing against the counters when i pulled up to the window.

Everything is tasty & staff is generally pleasant. The 3 stars is for the app never working properly. & it Doesn't provide stipulations on the deals, so when you go to pay, deals don't apply for 1 of those 2 reasons. Extremely frustrating.

Even after a remodel this place always looks run down. Plenty of crud outside, a broken TV monitor near drive-through, stale donuts, broken fence, dirty dumpster area, and the list goes on. This franchise needs a different owner.
