Not only was the service and food exceptional, but the people that work here are perhaps the best part of this particular Starbucks. I literally broke down in my huge white diesel truck at the checkout window. All of these wonderful workers came out and helped me and helped me get out of the line by pushing my truck. They made sure I was okay emotionally as well as hydrated seeing as it was in the '90s that day. Truly thankful for this amazing group of Starbucks team members

Spent 25 minutes today in the drive thru line. Only because I had a gift card that can't be used at the one in Target of Barnes and Noble. My iced coffee was really good but this is the second time the line has been really long. If you can man the drive thru in reasonable time then close it.

This location has historically been so nice about me having tutoring sessions in their shop. I, and many of my students and parents of students, buy a drink each week when we're there. We make sure to treat the space and people with respect.
However, I was there on Friday, March 25th and the staff ended up closing the shop an hour early. I was just wrapping up with my student when they shut the lights out on us and all the staff disappeared to the back without giving us any warning. I would have been more than happy to wrap up our session faster if someone would have communicated with us. I'm incredibly disappointed with how it was handled and won't be back to this location again.

as someone who worked at a starbucks and is therefore very understanding and patient with food employees, especially starbucks employees, i can confidently say that this starbucks sucks. half of the time the drinks aren’t made right and the modifications you pay extra for are not even added into the drink. it’s probably not the baristas fault but instead management and lack of correct training. even if it was on the baristas i don’t blame them for not caring due to barely making above minimum wage and being treated poorly. management please do better, cos your store is bad

To be honest, I normally don't go to Starbucks because of their overpriced coffees and politics. However, I was on a "meet and greet" so I ordered a strawberry lemonade slushy which was delicious!

We went through the drive through and Staff was rude and 2 out of 5 drinks were made incorrectly and the rest did not taste very good. I asked for whole milk in the Brown Sugar Latte and got oat even though the employee told me it was Whole (I could clearly see it was made with oat). We asked for iced Vanilla and got Hot. When I told the employee she was rude and acted as if I ordered wrong. Ran inside to get sweetener and Cream and the employee acted like I was putting them out. Not a good experience. I have been to this location in the past with no problem, hoping this is not their new normal.

They need to update their hours online so people don't waste their time. You'd think they'd be open at 1pm on a Thursday, but no. For whatever reason. I don't care why just let people know, other than a sign on the speaker when you show up.
