It was my birthday, I went in looking for an ice cream cake. There were 2 ladies there working, neither one cared to help me. I asked one if she knew what kind of ice cream cake a certain one was, she replied "no", coldly I might add. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. No "can I help" you, no smile, no nothing. I will never set foot in Baskin Robbins Dothan again. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Real good ice cream and treats. I had the warm brownie sundae. My son had the cappuccino blast. Both were great.

The ice cream is always good. That being said they always need another employee. There is always just 1 person working. 2 customers left the inside and 3 cars left the drive-thru from waiting too long, while we were there. All while that sweet girl working there was working her tail off to take care of everyone in the store and the drive-thru on a Saturday by herself. Could be excellent if they would just hire more employees.

Milk shakes are runny, no thickness and tasted like flavored milk!! Also, ordered a triple scoop in a cup. What I got didn’t even look like the picture they advertise on there menu board. I paid 5.30 for this!! They could have put my triple scoop in a single scoop cup!

Staff was very nice but the milkshake was 98% milk and 2% ice cream

Special ordered a cake......Store closed early and no one bothered to call and let us know. Wow!! Poor management!!
