Long John Silver's

I love Long John Silver’s every time we travel we always search for GPS and see if there’s one on in a town so we’re going through. If there is we stop to get fish and shrimp. We always check the website because of all the closed store either permanently or temporarily closed or have strange hours. We checked the website on this one showed they were open till 10 on Friday and Saturday. Drove up to the drive-through at about 5:50 pm. They turned off menu board and made no attempt to address us sitting there. So I called their number and when they answered and I ask are you open replied they close at 6pm. I’ve not had great luck at this location I’m not sure if it’s each stores Individual management. But I do know I’m done with this one. Closing 6pm Friday night dinner rush. If I could have given a zero I would. Ps it’s been deleted on gps as favorite.

Not only did we have an extremely long wait, but all 40$ in food we ordered was completely inedible and my order was changed without my knowledge cause someone don't know the word trio means three and not a two taco meal. Not even our dog would go near it and he will eat anything. The chicken was brick, fish was greasy and tasted like the oil started rotting, and whom ever came up with the fish tacos was greatly confused on what good flavor is cause they were nasty. I really do hope so.ething changed.

Love this place. I hate that there aren't more of them and that this location is an hour and a half away from my home. However, since I drive thru Dothan a few times a month with business travel, I find a way to fit a drive thru visit in. The building is a little worse for wear, but the food is always LJS yummy.

Extremely slow service even in the drive thru- waited well over 15 minutes, would have left but you can’t get out of their parking lot once you’re in line. I understand that because we can’t go in at this time that things get backed up but it has been like this in the past as well. Like the food but the wait isn’t worth it.
