Dunkin'

Horrible customer service. The two young men were unhappy to be working and moving at a snail’s pace. He didn’t even get our donuts right for a dozen. They didn’t welcome anyone in and didn’t thank anyone for being there. Fortunately the donuts were good but with that kind of customer service I wouldn’t go back to wait for 15 -20min just to get some donuts. And the bathroom was disgusting. The sitting area was a mess and it was crazy hot inside.

I had been cooped up in a hotel (conference) all week, I needed real coffee. I was also enticed (visually)to have a donut (chocolate covered with whip cream on top). Great decision on my part. (Dunkin Donuts provided my unit/company with coffee in Iraq. We didn't ask, and we didn't pay. I just want to give them credit and express my appreciation, but seriously, the coffee and donut was amazingly good).

Everything is out of stock constantly. They will purposely give you the wrong flavor or item instead of just telling you they don't have what you're ordering. Employees are rude when they mess up your order cause they don't want to remake it. Maybe listen to someone when they are ordering and put it in the computer so you don't mess up every order. I see people driving off at this location EVERY single time I'm there because they don't have something in stock or they are taking 10 minutes per order or just generally giving bad customer service. They have been telling me for the last 2 weeks that they only have 1 flavor of ice cream because the freezers are broke. So the one freezer that is working only can hold 1 flavor. I doubt it! They are lazy and don't want to refill the freezers. They even told me several times ... hours before they closed that they don't want to make the blended drinks because they already washed the blenders for the night! Now we have been being told that they don't have the ice creams, drinks and donuts on the menu every time we go in and its just cause they are lazy and want to turn away customers instead of doing they're job. They are also known to close way earlier that their posted hours

The food is good but there is this one girl and she does not know how to do her job, she needs to be fired. I don’t know her name but EVERY other worker is nice. She put a lid that is TWICE AS BIG on a small cup and my mom got burned so badly we had to take her to the hospital where she was treated. After the nicest worker gave us some ice. If I ever find out she doesn’t work there I’ll give 5 stars, I’m probably not going to come again.

To the manager of the Bernalillo location, my husband and I visited your store on 3/26 at 9:30 am and ended up walking out without a purchase. We stood at the register, nobody ahead of us for 10 minutes watching 4 employees waiting on the one vehicle in the drive up and didn't even acknowledge us. This was after we watched them load endless boxes and bags of donuts right in front of us. I realize they "might" have been busy but they acted as if we weren't there, just invisible. Just a quick "we'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement, or even eye contact but NO! I had noticed that we passed somebody when we entered the store without a purchase and didn't realize they had walked out also. We were so excited when Bernalillo opened up and have made several trips in the past enjoying your business even though in the past the workers are not always friendly and act like it's a pain to wait on walk in customers. But I love my donuts until now. Sadly we will not be returning to this location even though we live in the area. It's sad to see something good go bad so quickly, we will share this experience with our neighbors and coworkers.

Girl working the drive through in a anime Naruto jacket just looked at me for like 30 seconds and then stuck her hand out for my card no hello no good morning no this is your total no smile she did not speak a word during the entire interaction. It was borderline weird. I don't think you should be employing grumpy toddlers.
