Food was great - on my US trip, found myself eating fast food a good bit. The food was v tasty, but what really impressed me was the young German born duty manager, with his empathetic dealing with a homeless man. The man was drinking in the restrooms, so obviously was a risk. Chatting to the manager he said how sorry he felt for the homeless and that it was hard having to put people out - but that his first priority had to be the restaurant and it's customers, especially it's children.

After taking a day trip, decided to stop in for a meal. Food was great as always, Zeke was very attentive and being a server before myself... I couldn't give him any higher praise. Only issue I had was the ladies bathroom. It smelled a little and paper towels were about the floors. Other than.. couldn't be happier.

lack of customer service and need better server like old waiters from the past like Jonell Santana who was an amazing but also a generous waiter who have customers like myself with a blessed day with a smile. But the food was delicious and great work better improvement working to hire hard but living and caring workers not dude and disappointed ones.

Bad vibe by just asking for a table for 5 including 2 high chairs. Our server named Ivan was just not in a friendly mood. His questions were direct and hardly no eye contact. He treated other tables the same way, asked what they wanted but wasn't giving them his attention. He made himself unapproachable. We had some of our orders wrong but we decided to not even bother asking him to fix it. There was another server there but she was bearly checking on her tables too. I'd try this place again but not with my family and not from any of those servers. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel I had to share our experience.

Used to be great pre-pandemic but staffing shortages have caused inconsistency in hours open. I walked in at 9:45pm and was greeted with a sign announcing only to go orders after 9pm and closing at 10pm and was summarily ignored by the staff. I waited and watched one guy getting a jump n leaving early by polishing the coffeemaker and not along eye contact. I left without food or satisfaction. A week prior they were open 24/7. When they ARE open and they ARE in the mood to serve customers It's what you would expect but I am losing faith. They have the Market cornered as far as 24-hour restaurants go in this neck of the woods so no competition but if they're not open then there's no place to go and that really sucks!
