Burger King

A quick service Burger King tied to an independent gas station offers slow service and inadequately trained associates. I tried the Vegan “ultimate” whopper, which was actually very good but the menu price was lower (4.59) than what they actually charge- which was 5.59. I asked the associate and she wasn’t prepared to handle the issue. The gas station sign outside had NO pricing listed and clearly ‘accurate’ pricing is an issue for this entire business setting. Service was slow and they asked me to come in- yes, I was at the drive thru-

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Walked in & the greeting was pretty fair. Three or so staff working, one was on break or headed to break (as we left he parked right in front of the building). We ordered pretty simple (like one chicken sandwich no lettuce no tomato) & got our meal everything seemed fine. Got to our cars & found out it was far from fine. Chicken sandwiches looked like they were there WAY past their prime, overdone & mayo plastered all over both sides. The sandwich that had no lettuce/tomato had remnants of it being removed. Took them back to get them remade & the guy who took our order was a little less than fair with attitude/greeting. The fresh chicken sandwiches looked better but they did not make them the way we previously had ordered and there was MORE MAYO than last time. Needless to say they are not fresh with any food and the service was very poor by the end. The gas station attached to it and bathrooms looked like they needed a SUPER deep clean but that was part of the gas station it was attached too. DON'T stop there, dont eat there.

Not very good customer service on more than one occasion. Long wait times even if there aren't other customers. Clerk seems annoyed at having to take orders. Surreal experience being in an empty restaurant with that kind of attitude towards customers. Food was mediocre at best. My burger looked like it came out of a miniature doll house. Same with fries. There are far friendlier and better places just a block or two away.

I went to order an hour before closing 9:06PM to be exact, being this location is open until 10PM. The lady working drive thru was very rude. Took long to ask what I wanted to order, asked for a whopper, as i was choosing something else from the menu she kept interrupting "if its a large order I cant make it i only have an hour until closing time" " umm are you ready" "is there something i can help you with" . I couldn't even choose a second item before getting frustrated with her customer service. She was very rude so I did not place an order and left. Will never go back to this location again. I felt very uncomfortable.

The only option was chicken, however, NOT grilled. Apparently, the broilers were taken from this location to another location leaving them unable to grill burgers or chicken. Our order was acceptable but we were quite disappointed that we had very limited options. Seriously considered going elsewhere.
