Subway

Any time I have been to this specific Subway I have been disappointed but my most recent order was so upsetting that I had to leave a review. The sandwich I received was sad. All of the condiments were haphazardly squirted onto a one square inch area of the sandwich and the rest of the sandwich was left completely dry. I had requested onions and received exactly one tiny piece of onion on each side of the sandwich. The meat was almost nonexistent from the sandwich as well, it looked like they took one tray of meat, discarded half, and put the rest on my footlong sandwich. To top it all off the staff was very rude and it was obvious they hated their job. Absolutely the worst Subway in Central Arkansas, which is even more sad considering the one down the road at the Pilot station is great. I will not be returning.

I had walked in with a coupon and I had a friend with me that also had a coupon. We was paying separately. Well the lady taking our order would not let my friend use their coupon because we walked in together. Which does not say on the coupon. The lady stated that it is a rule enforced by the store manager, which the manager was not there. This was not customer service at all. If this is a rule with the coupons they should have printed it in the coupon itself. Not coming back here.

This subway was so bad I had three sandwiches and all three of them was nasty and was all made wrong and the manager on duty didn’t want to fix them she had an attitude and when I came back up here to get my money back or them to remake them she ran to the back and had an employee try to take care of me I will never be back

HORRIBLE management. It is lunch rush hour and the manager only had one poor sweet lady taking orders and checking out. It took about 30-40 minutes from start to finish for me to get my sandwich. Obviously the manager was there because she came out to let someone in the very back cut the long line, and the manager went right on to the back room after helping the one person, leaving once again the one lady. Jamie was the sweet lady handling the lines and she did amazing!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would’ve left a 1 star review. She was so patient and apologized even though it was not her fault at all!

WARNING: if you order from the app at this location it will take your money and then the manager will refuse to make you your food even if you have proof that your ordered it. I am a nice person and have worked fast food before so not once was I rude to her and she was very very rude to me over a SANDWICH!! I do not recommend this place. The employees are extremely nice but the manager with tattoos is not. She is a very rude women and shouldn’t be a manager with the attitude she had. And she refused to apologize for her disgusting behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
