Zaxby's

Poorly managed. They ignore their lobby customers and then don't give their workers the proper breaks they are supposed to receive. They ignore their staff and then the worker are rude especially to the new employees. They had one the managers throwing up inside the kitchen and in front of the staff. Then when u tell them you feel sick or about to pass out because of the heat exhaustion they ignore them. What kinda business does that. The company is suppose to follow protocol but doesn't. The staff thats supposedly been there longer than you is rude because its your second day and you don't know anything instead of helping you. They just talk to you crazy. I would even eat there again. Its unorganized and they don't wear gloves to make your food.they have no one greeting customers at the front counter and they need better ac its horrible. JJ one of the manager would rather see you pass out then give u break.

Used the drive thru at this location today while traveling. Ordered the signature sandwich and large fries. Sandwich is good, but no salt on fries and none in the bag. Also, no ketchup at all. Not going to drive back for ketchup, but really poor drive thru service. I should not need to ask for salt, pepper or ketchup. My first visit to this chain.

I love the food. However, I Will Not use this restaurant-the litter from this store blows into the creek behind them. I expect for them to keep the green space clean. Very poor neighbors. I have asked them many times & the McD's next door to keep litter picked up. Now I ask the City to monitor this & Levy a monetary Fine on Zabys & Mcds.

Only reason for the two stars is because the food tastes good. This store is VERY poorly organized. I placed an online order, was told the dining room was closed, called when I arrived only to learn I have to come in to pick up the order. When picking up the order, workers are walking other orders out to cars?!?! They couldn’t locate my order, but eventually did. Overall, I wouldn’t waste my time or money here again. There are much better places that serve basic chicken.

Zaxby's is probably the best bst food chicken place hands down. The wife and I have been to a far different locations, and the one that is in Bryant is, by far, the Best. Period. It's just not their amazing and tasty food, that is always - and I mean always - food. Yes, that part of the Zaxby's experience is very good; but, and I don't say this lightly, their customer service is absolutely SPOT ON. That's from everyone that we've ever come in contact with, and we go about once every seven to 10 days. I apologize as the food was so great smelling that Q just couldn't bring myself to wait so I could take a few pictures. What we always get: 4 or 5 Fingerz Plate, no slaw and extra fries with two extra Zax Sauces (The Wife); a basket of fries and a basket of toast (The Child); and, The Great 8 with that AMAZING Sweet & Spicy sauce with some extron sauce, thank you very much (Yours Truly). They offer a military discount - MUST show ID. Enjoy! (Please leave some Sweet & Spicy sauce for me!)
