We paid $21 something for this food. That’s good money for fast food to be getting shorted on our food. Patties were extremely dry. Not the best experience and what a disappointment for a Friday dinner. I do have to say the young lady taking orders was very polite, so thanks for that lol

Food is always hot and fresh so if you have a little wait it’s well worth it. People are friendly, and seem to know what they are doing and care for their job. Thank you to the employees who worked 4/16/2022 1:20 pm.

Thought we would try this one out. What ever happened to grilled? I bought a Swiss mushroom burger. The meat was fried, the tomato was a core and what happened to my Swiss and mushroom?

I’m was never so disappointed. We don’t have these in Texas but ate here all the time in Memphis. So when traveling from Texas to TN always stop here in the way. The burgers appeared and tasted pre-cooked and medium warm. Very dry and sad. Lost my faith in Back Yard Burgers.

Food was amazing, and had really nice music to listen to while me and my brother ate. The person taking my order was easy going. And allowed us to take our time and didn't rush us. I definitely will go back to try their milkshakes

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Never go there!!!!!!! THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. Told the lady that I was allergic to dairy and I still gave me ranch!!!!!!!!!

A fine example of a franchise that doesn’t really have a solid structure. Most backyard burgers have alright food, an employee smoking outside, super dated and cruddy looking building. Food is alright but not for the price paid and customer experience.
Head down to McDonald’s and get the same quality and atmosphere but cheaper.

Really really good food, homemade+ level quality at the cost of fast food prices, but they almost never follow special instructions. I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a good burger, but make sure your food is right if you have special instructions.
