The bagels were just about ok; not that great. The balance of flavors of the house fish bagel I ordered was off. But it was still edible. On the whole, if you’re really craving a bagel and would be happy with anything that is an approximation, this is good. Else, I don’t see much reason to go here.

The bagels were meh. I think they read about a bagel once. The pumpernickel had no rye flavor, almost like a plain bagel with molasses added. The plain bagel was rather dry and had very little flavor. The service was quick and very courteous. But the parking lot is hard to get in and out of. It isn't worth the drive for me to come back.

Been going to Ideal since it opened... Don't know what's happened over the last 6 months but the bagels have gotten a lot smaller and they aren't very tasty. I will say, the employees are always fantastic to deal with. Hopefully, they'll go back to the old way they made the bagels.

The bagels were fresh and steamy, the schmears were unique and delicious, and the staff was very friendly.
We had a cinnamon raisin bagel with espresso cream cheese (amazing 🤤) and an everything bagel with jalapeño garlic cream cheese (awesome!)

Service was pleasant, bagels were delicious, hot and ready in minutes. We had bacon fried egg and cheese and they were so good. So glad we found this place

1st visit on uga visit. staff rec the cadillac. fast service w smiles. we ordered 2 w scr egg on plain and they were fantastic. coffee was great too. so reasonably priced. will return. highly recommend!

Awesome environment, nice and hipster. It's a great opened space. We had the Cadillac: bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese on. An onion bagel. The bagel was good but I'm not a huge fan of onion bagels. Ask for a substitute I'd you can. Eggs, bacon and cheese were good. Bagel was toasted slightly too much. I'd go again though.
