Taco Bell

I have lived around the corner from this taco bell for almost 4 years....I have met area manager a handful of times ( very nice and 'handles her business '),and I love taco bell (about 4 times a week) or least I used to. I have had consistency issues with this location as long as I have been going there. Yesterday they got my order wrong again so I went to the Oconee connector store...they got order correct but the bean burritos were runny as all get out!At the barnet schools store..when area manager isn't there, my orders are wrong literally 4 out of 5 times.I don't know what to do except say good buy to the bell.😪😪😪😪 Much appreciation to area manager- she is an asset to the bell. Wouldn't want her job!

I just wanted a supreme burrito and all I asked was for the beef to be replaced with black beans, and for the shredded cheese to not be added. I should have checked the burrito before going back to my car and leaving because guess what, there is no black beans (instead there are refried beans) and cheese! If there was no black beans, somebody could have let me know! I also repeated several times for there to be no cheese because I can't eat it! I don't even live here so there really is no way for me to get my money back. Waste of my money and of my time! 😡

My husband and I stopped here on 4/9/22. He thought picking up something quick would be good because I’d just had an MRI w/contrast done and he knew I just wanted to get home, eat and lay down. The quick side of this didn’t happen. This location has constantly messed up our orders in the past - usually it’s the nachos they forget. This time was horrible. We pulled in and it was busy - there were 8 cars in line behind the order speaker which meant there were probably 4-5 cars waiting to pick up and pay. So my husband decided to go inside because there was only one or two people in line. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! My husband placed our order for 4 Dorito tacos (2 with sour cream) and two crunchwraps (one with sour cream - hubby extremely allergic to sour cream) -,he waited. And waited. I finally went inside to see what the problem was because not only had ALL 8 CARS made it through the drive thru but so had 4-5 more!! I got inside to find they hadn’t even started our order!!!! Food finally came - but when we got it home - there was NO sour cream on two of the 4 dorito tacos and BOTH of the crunchwraps had sour cream so my husband couldn’t eat them! WORST TACO BELL EVER!! Avoid at all costs - I called corporate and am still waiting for a return call today is 4/12/22).

Gone to the store to get lunch on Saturday 28 2022. They told us to use self checkout. But they were taking other people. And we sorry to say racial profiling us. This world is in a bad place for us to be like that. Lord please help all them. I and everyone I have said this to is boycotting this store.
