To start the service here was awesome! The servers were attentive and easy to find. My wife has a food allergy and they clearly helped us navigate the menu and daily specials to find items that she could eat. We were able to order and get our meals cooked quickly which was very surprising and appreciative.
The food here was great too! A bit pricey but they had a large quantity of gluten free and dairy free options which is hard to come by. The only negative is that they aren't open longer! Hopefully that will change.

Visited on a Thursday evening, not crowded. Nice outdoor setup. Sierra was our server and she did a great job. The menu was fairly simple, and the daily specials sounded great. The food was very good and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely return.

More than 5 stars. I loved the food here. Best Pad Thai in the valley IMO. The tamarind is perfectly balanced in the sauce so the dish isn’t too sour. Love it. Also love the tiger rolls. Wish I had come here sooner.

Calamari best around. Shrimp was good, but the crispy fish is laying on a bed of sauce so therefore it’s not crispy anymore. Fix this. But service was slow and server neglected us. Two servers for the entire restaurant, suggestion ::you need more help. If you do not have more help you’re not going to be able to serve a whole house, it’s better to admit that and act accordingly and try to serve all those people. I was looking for a special experience to celebrate with my friends, and we got over charged on the bill and the waitress pretty much forgot about us.

Good portions of food. Wait staff was incredible. We had a person in our party who was allergic to onions and staff went to extra lengths to make sure not to include it in her dish. Very tasty.

I formerly would think nothing of driving from Grants Pass to Ashland for a dinner at Thai Pepper. Those days are gone, not due to the price of fuel, but due to the poor service, small portions, and overpriced fare.
A Ruby Drop used to be twice the size it is now, with a float of ruby red grapefruit. Now it’s $12 for half a drink that’s not even tasty. A cucumber salad used to be finely sliced with a generous portion of red onion and the correct pairing of vinegar and sweetness. I could do better now sitting in my garden with a salt shaker.
To sum it up, like too many things today, the quality is gone, so they will need to rely on the unsuspecting to keep producing this low quality of meals at these prices.

Best roast lamb special in delicious Indonesian marinade. Love the red curry chicken, too. Service is friendly and very attentive. Beautiful to sit on terrace outside by the creek.

Got take away tonight and have never been more disappointed in Ashland food. The coconut chicken soup was inedible, the pad thai had no flavor, the spring rolls I ordered were the only thing worth eating. All of it was over priced. Save yourself the disappointment and order pizza.
