Bob Evans

We ordered curbside, we called at 9:03 am and waited around for 30 minutes. We arrived and called like we were supposed to wait, the lady Julie said, they were short staffed. To me, that is not my problem, hire more people. We sat there 25 minutes after we arrived. We called back at 10:00 am, they still did not have our food ready. The lady, Julie said they had a bus, the bus just pulled up. We had ordered way before the bus arrived. I am just going to say, very bad Customer Service. I ended up calling and told them we were leaving. I just did not appreciate the bad service. Hire people, pay them better maybe they will stay. Again, it is not the customer’s fault you are short staffed and cannot get a order out! I am not happy with Bob Evan’s in Cannonsburg, very bad Service you deserve a huge 0 not even a 1. Get better or you will have no customer’s.

Service was Excellent!!! Food was as expected which is OK. I'm starting to ponder.... hmmn where did real food go? Seriously every where I go and eat I question where did decent food with a good TASTE go!!! If anybody has a clue why food is becoming a disappointment please reply. It will seriously be appreciated.

Worst experience there. Got overcharged 12.00$ first off. When I finally get my food, I don't have my rolls for my wildfire salad , get home and there's fried chicken instead of grilled, the everything breakfast my hashbrowns were burnt no bacon sausage or green onions it's suppose to have hollandaise sauce I sure couldn't find it.and didn't get my biscuit. The homestead breakfast the biscuits were hard as a rock. You pay all that money at least get the food right
