Sure wish I had read the reviews before I ordered here tonight. I ordered online. 2 family meals a 12 piece and a 16 piece. I ordered with 30min to spare giving them enough time to get the order ready before I got there. We waiting another 35-45min after we got there all while watching everyone else be served. Big and small meals. The chicken was nasty. Even thought it was fresh. The breading wasn’t sticking so basically we just had chicken and bone. I’ll not ever order here again.

I’m not sure I have ever experienced a place like this. It is completely filthy, customer experience has NEVER been good.. We’ve given them 3 opportunities to prove our initial impression wrong and each time it was worse. Please for the love of your health and sanity, don’t go here. Just drive down the road to another chicken place. I seriously don’t know how they are still in business with all the negative reviews and experiences all over the place.

Came at 7pm on a Friday there was a sign on the door that said “Drive thru only” we sat and waited for a response. Drive up to your window and no one responded. Drove back around to see an open door with someone inside so we asked if they were open and we were told they were closed. No signs were posted on the doors or anywhere saying they would be closed. There’s obviously people inside that could see us so why not tell us instead of not responding to us in the drive thru. Horrible customer service.

This is the 4th and final time I will ever go there. The first 3x I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was a bad night or whatever but now I realize they have zero desire to provide quality food. Tonight we ordered a $20 fill up, a pot pie, a famous chicken bowl and 2 pcs of fish. The chicken was YET AGAIN slimey with disgusting soggy breading, fish was soggy and old, both the famous bowl and pot pie were cold and inedible, the one and only food item that we could eat was the mashed potatoes. From now on, I will drive across town to the Tyler location. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The food is always pretty good and tasty. Inside dining is usually a pleasant experience. Drive thru can have a bit of a wait sometimes **Edit** Since my initial review 4 years ago this KFC location has steadily gone down hill. Often times menu items are not available, and service leaves much to be desired: slow with an occasional side of attitude. The food quality apparently depends on who's working the fryer, sometimes it's palatable, sometimes you can sop up enough grease to fry another whole chicken. I think from now on I'll be taking the drive down to Pop's.

Well I had to wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru just to get my food. When I got it the chicken was so tiny and super greasy. The fish was really greasy as well. I used to be a fan of KFC and long John silver's but now I'm not. The only thing good that I can say is the lady who took my order and gave me my change and asked me to wait was very friendly and professional
