Went recently and noticed under new management, everything was really nice and clean. Bread was fresh. Meats were perfect, veggies were also very good. Only place I'd ever go for a sub.

Great food for lunch. We came in right before the rush. They were out of many breads but did there best to accomadate us. Loved their attitude in the midst of it all. Have been here before, will come again.

Angela was very rude and didn't even make my order right. They took care of the customers inside when I ordered my food 40 minutes ago. Would not recommend this location.

Overcharged me for my sandwich by $5. When I brought it up they said there’s nothing they can do. Avoid this Subway.

Clean, not busy, good quality breads, average meats. Subway as a brand could use a little freshening up to compete with firehouse subs, take up the absence of Quiznos.

Absolutely terrible experience, every single time i eat here. So bad, that i don’t eat at ANY subway location anymore. I would just rather eat somewhere else entirely. Every time i go to this location, the staff always has a terrible, smug, negative attitude towards me. Not sure why at all. They act like they would rather hang themselves than to make my sandwich, that’s how bad it is. Complaining about having to work to the other employees RIGHT IN FRONT of me and other guests. Uses near spoiled vegetables most of the time. Most employees make the sandwiches pretty sloppy. If i’m gonna spend decent money for a decent meal, i’m just gonna eat elsewhere. I’d rather drive to Tyler and get some real food anyway. No point in spending the same amount here to get a terribly made sandwich, every single time. Done with it ✅

Great experience. Destiny offered great customer service and she was the only one working. She moved quickly and made us the best sandwiches ever. The restaurant was also nice and clean.
