Panera Bread

Came in to a bunch of people waiting to order but no one at the register. Everyone sees us waiting but finally a woman from the back came up to the register. Started ordering. Ordered Chicken goddess salad minus onions and egg due to allergies. Im told they don't have any avocado. I get my bag and get to the car and open the salad and...no tomatoes and an onion piece on my salad. I now have to go back in to get everything fixed. Wait in line again but this time their was someone at the register. The lady was pleasant and fixed my meal. This location usually is accommodating and makes mistakes but will atleast fix it.

Ordered their new Signature Chicken Take Sandwich and it was horrible. Typically, I am pleased with my take out orders, but this was a dry overcooked piece of chicken with a wad of lettuce and very little aioli. I couldn't even tell if the parmesan crisps were there as I didn't even taste them. Awful job with by the Groton, CT store. Definitely will never get again and even questioning them serving it. I guess them assumed to get rid of that chicken with a take out order. Most likely won't go back there.
