Good food. Slow service. But friendly. Wasn’t busy either. Seem to have plenty of employees. Maybe an off day.

Doreen was amazing, super friendly, and treats everyone like she knows them for years. She has the kindest soul and engages with every customer on a personal level and you just don’t get that kind of customer experience anymore. She is amazing.

Came in to a bunch of people waiting to order but no one at the register. Everyone sees us waiting but finally a woman from the back came up to the register. Started ordering. Ordered Chicken goddess salad minus onions and egg due to allergies. Im told they don't have any avocado. I get my bag and get to the car and open the salad and...no tomatoes and an onion piece on my salad. I now have to go back in to get everything fixed. Wait in line again but this time their was someone at the register. The lady was pleasant and fixed my meal. This location usually is accommodating and makes mistakes but will atleast fix it.

One of the best Panera Breads in Connecticut. Great layout and well prepared food. Doreen is always a pleasure to see and has the best smile on her face and a positive energy with her customers!

Food is good quality when the orders are put together correctly. Have ordered multiple times for large corporate lunches and more often than not modifications are either ignored or the items are not included.

Ordered their new Signature Chicken Take Sandwich and it was horrible. Typically, I am pleased with my take out orders, but this was a dry overcooked piece of chicken with a wad of lettuce and very little aioli. I couldn't even tell if the parmesan crisps were there as I didn't even taste them. Awful job with by the Groton, CT store. Definitely will never get again and even questioning them serving it. I guess them assumed to get rid of that chicken with a take out order. Most likely won't go back there.

This Panera location is fantastic! We just left the store and the manager made sure our order was even better than we expected. Amazing service!

This was incorrectly positioned on the map so I had a hard time locating but Doreen at the cashier was very pleasant and seemed like she enjoys her job so 5 stars.
