Imo's Pizza

No stars should be an option. I have ordered twice under the assumption NO CONTACT DELIVERY and they wait on your porch, holding your pizza until you come out. I was finally transferred to a manager, after having to call back when they put me oh hold for 30 minutes, to be told you have to specify no contact in directions. Paid online, but had to grab his dirty pen to get my food. I will be calling the corporate headquarters, very obvious the management does not care. My delivery driver was hoarse, and if my family contracts covid due to these interactions, I will pursue legal actions. You people are terrible. So expensive, to eat a burned piece of cardboard, cold ravioli and hard cinnamon bites. The manager said specify next time, that will not happen again, done with imos.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Every single time I have ever ordered my pizza is either over cooked, not hot when delivered (I live less than 2 miles away) or the pizza toppings have slid off onto the box. The pizza crust is frozen and hard always. I know Imo’s has always had a more crisp crust but it shouldn’t feel like your teeth are going to break when you eat it. The customer service is beyond horrible also. They do not care if there is an issue and have never offered a replacement or refund. Since this is the only Imo’s who will deliver to my area I was forced to learn to make my own version which is much better. This place does NOT offer anything close the the pizza I grew up eating.

If I could rate negative I would. Ordered delivery. First thing is I specifically put on the ticket last door in building and they ignored that and went to the first door. But that is besides the fact. I get my food I ordered the square box. A pizza with 12 Provel bites 6 ravioli and 6 cinnamon imos, i opened it and there was only four ravioli ( when I ordered 6) I called thinking it was a mistake. This very nice young man answered then handed it over to an older man named Ed said he was the owner, and the first line he said when he answered the phone was “so there was only 4? I saw him drop six so I don’t know what could have happened to them from here to there.” Astonished that he being the owner would talk to a customer in such a way let alone acuse them of lying. I told him I would even send them over a picture because there is only 4 here. He replied “now what good would that do me?” Then he proceeds to say well what do you want me to do about it? Once again flabbergasted at the lack of customer service skills, and the tone of voice. He was extremely rude and didn’t care that just gave him my money to pay his bills. If you like to be treated in such a manner, then this is your place. But for those of you who work hard for your money and value respect spend your money elsewhere. Far too many other places to order from.

They have always had great pizza but this one by far was not that good. We got an XL sausage and pepperoni with a large salad. The salad was just lettus with a scattering of cheese and a cherry tomato. We asked for some additional shaker cheese and red pepper flakes for the pizza and they were not delivered as well. The pizza was less than warm when we opened the box. This is the second time this has happened and I know that this is not how Steve runs the business.

Giving two stars instead of one only due to the fact that the pizza can be hit or miss as far as that goes, but the staff, is super rude and not very attentive at all. Received a email for a “free 10inch one topping” for my birthday..ordered online. When I went to go pick it up. There was a guy sitting behind the counter looking at his phone and didn’t even raise his head to see me walking through the door or standing at the counter. Soon after another man (who I’m assuming is the manager/owner) greeted me. When I tried to redeem my pizza he gave me a scoffed look like I was full of it and was just trying to get a pizza without paying. Eventually after sticking his nose in his CPU for a few minutes doing some real Sherlock Holmes detective work, he then slid the pizza to me in a rude ,condescending way and said “here you go”.......Never will I visit here again!

Pizza was as great as always. But the wings oh man what a hot mess. They were barely cooked, seems to me they throw them on that foil container, put in the oven, put some bbq on top (they weren’t tossed on the sauce, it was just over the wings) and packed. So you bite and the inside is still a little pink. Wish I took a pic before throwing them to the trash.
