Culver's

First off, the food is very pricey for a fast food restaurant especially one that isn't that good. Secondly, I was waiting for my order to be taken for ~5 minutes and even then, my order was wrong when I opened the box in my car. Finally when I was ordering, the cashiers were talking to each other while taking my order and had to repeat myself multiple times. I'm definitely not gonna come back until things get better.

They have some good food but I wasn't happen with minds. I was at a training class for SSM hospital on the 14th of this month. I went to eat lunch here at which I love there food. Well when I started to eat. I wasn't happy with my meal. The burger was smash and dry my onion rings we're very salty and they was over cook. I didn't have time to go back to return the food due to the fact I had to be back in my class. I was just very disappointed with the whole meal.

This location is usually excellent, but this visit was awful! Upon entering, we were second in line to be waited on, and only one counterperson. Another counterman would not make eye contact until told to by the initial countergirl. (This took about 2 minutes) Later we each ordered an ice cream, but we had to go up front to get it, inlieu of them bringing it to the table. (I think they lost the order, as it took about 10 minutes) If that was not enough, the ice cream I ordered was wrong. I didn't complain, as it was not worth the time at that point.

When we pulled in the line for the drive thru reached around the lit and out to the road. Counted 15 cars plus those on the other side we couldn't see. By comparison the Burger King next door had 3 cars in the drive thru. Clear proof that most people will pay a bit more for better burgers, delicious frozen custard and service that's just better.
