The Corner Butcher

Came to get baby back ribs but they were all out. They did have the St. Louis style ribs which were amazing. Big size so had to cut in half. I also recommend getting their smoke firewood chips. They might cost a little more than what you would get at a grocery store but it's definitely worth it. Big difference in flavor. Good service and will be coming back.

Ok I've been going here since they've opened and love it! The best staff and fair prices. However I ran to the reviews to tell you all to get the deviled egg potato salad. I just got for first time today and I've never had potato salad this perfect. A new obsession I've now found. Grab some with a ballpark steak. It's one of my favorite steak there! You'll be happy you did

I wish ALL businesses were as good as The Corner Butcher (Catering). I gave the wrong day for the catering that was to be delivered by 4:00. When it was not there I called looking for the food only to find out I gave them the wrong day. I thought oh shoot I'm in big trouble. WELL, without hesitation or much conversation, Bennett took control and had food for 50 people at the event within the "eating time". Thank you Corner Butcher and in particular, BENNET. You saved me much embarrassment. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Recently, I found myself in dire need of a large brisket and very short on time. I stopped by The Corner Butcher Shop and they had just what I needed; a 14lb., Choice grade, packer. A quick trim and I had 12 1/2 lb. going on the smoker. About eighteen hours later, I was able to offer my guests what turned out to be, the most tender and juicy brisket I have had the pleasure to cook. Thank you to The Corner Butcher Shop; you have a new customer. 7-2-17 Well, Mike and the folks at The Corner Butcher have done it again. Picked up a briskett flat, a 10 lb pork butt, and a couple of slabs of baby backs last week. The pictures speak for themselves. I love this place! I think I'm going to need a bigger pit.
