White Castle

I have wanted to go to White Castle for so long and my aunt and I were here in St Louis for a concert! Walking into the place we were unsure of what we wanted/the menu. Paula made our experience so enjoyable and was so kind with asking our preferences on burgers/food we like at home. She went the extra mile to make sure we were getting items we would like! I enjoyed my food and the staff were excellent! Fresh and so worth the 6 hour drive we are about to go on to make it home! ☺️♥️

Love this White castle restaurant. The people are friendly. Non bias. And keep there opinions to themselves. And are courteous to others. As I let a truck driver walking through the drive-thru in front of me to let him get his meal so he can eat and be on his way to deliver his load which might have went to a White Castle distribution center. As I was once a truck driver myself for 18 years they were nice and polite and let him order and get his food. Then as I waited my turn they were nice and courteous and did very well. I was very happy with this restaurant and very proud to say that you have a great crew there and very kind and courteous and polite people as the walk-in part of the restaurant where you sit down was closed. So five stars for you White castles great job and very fast at getting the line down outside.

I completely understand being understaffed. But ordering online is to skip the line. It’s not fair lobby is being closed so I can’t walk in and pick up. Then I wait in line to get my food. By the time I get to the window my food is cold. And over half my lunch time is wasted. I have worked in the food industry many years. Close online ordering if the lobby is closed! Also they don’t answer the phone!

I must say....this is one of the better White Castles. When I lived in STL I would go to the one on Lemay Ferry because it was closer. I stopped by here for breakfast when I got into town and I was impressed. The lady taking the order was nice. I got my food in a timely manner and it was fresh, hot and tasted good. I feel bad for the workers though...the design engineers didn't put much thought into the traffic noise on highway 44 when they put the drive thru speaker facing the highway. Poor design on their part.
