I would avoid this place. Don’t get a bowl of chicken noodle soup. You’ll only get about 3 bites of actual food. Then the rest is watered down broth. We drained the broth to see how much noodles and other stuff was actually in there. This is unacceptable!!! I would have been better off opening a can of Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup. The bread was stale and old. I made sure to record a video of us knocking the bread against my table. HARD AS A ROCK!!!! The bread on my husbands sandwich was hard and old. Disappointed is an understatement for this establishment. Especially spending $30 on this joke of a meal. Also they were out of bread bowls, bagels, and regular Mac n cheese. I will be contacting management about this. I will gladly show them the video we recorded, and the pictures we took. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Went to order the pick 2 combo & got a bbq chicken salad with the bbq ranch I opened the ranch to see that my container was damn near empty. It looked as if somebody spilled it then proceeded to just put in that the box with the salad. I am so disappointed 🤦🏾♀️can’t even enjoy my salad now because my lunch break is over

Ever time I get food from here it is messed up!!! Lack of caring from the manager and workers! Bacon egg and cheese kinda needs the egg too!

First time coming here.. I got the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich.. It was fresh and good but they need to put more chicken on the sandwich.

Shame on me for continuing to come back here. They get my order wrong more often than they get it right. Today was the final straw, they completely forgot to put any of my sides in the bag (drive thru) noticed it as I was driving away and turned around and went inside to get those, only to get home to bite into what was supposed to be a Bacon Turkey Bravo, but instead was ONE piece of turkey, 2 pieces of lettuce and mayonnaise on a piece of bread...

I have been so disappointed with the service, specifically delivery, recently. The last 3 orders I've made, I did not receive 1/2 of the order. Additionally, the parts of the orders I did receive, may or may not have been correct and the quality of the food seems to be suffering. When I call to ask them to deliver the rest of my order, they seem offended that I would ask them to make a second trip for the items they missed. Additionally, they are out of many things by 3:00 pm. It is very disappointing. Do better Fenton Panera.
