We placed an order and did not get the chocolate filled as we asked for, the filled donuts we got BARELY had any filling in them, and the order of donut holes was just cut up glazed donuts in a cup!!!! Just moved to the area so this was our first and last time going here.

Word of warning——- Don’t bother placing your order online ahead of time. Lobby closed and you are forced to wait in long drive-thru lines (I waited nearly 25 minutes.) to get a prepaid online order.
No signs or online notification that this was the case either. Might as well order when you get there and have hot fresh donuts.

If you have ever been to Krispy Kreme then you know what you are getting here. If not, the donuts are fluffy and airy with a bit of a crisp to them due to the glaze. I have always liked the donuts here. However the coffee options are only meh and the inside seems to be closed more often than not. So its a 4 star donut with a 2 star everything else.

We ordered a dozen HOT donuts. THE HO T SIGN WAS ON. They were cold . Not even slightly warm . We got back in drive thru line to ask for HOT. We were told that was the warmest and the next batch was 20 minutes from being done. I feel like I was lied to. By the HOT sign and the worker . Won’t happen again

I ordered through the drive up placed my order for 6 donuts when I got home I found my order was not what I asked for the donuts were dried and the fillings that i asked for were nothing like i wanted barley had any filling in the donuts my first bite I could tell the donuts were stale to me it was like they were trying to push old stale dried off donuts on customers I paid over 9 dollars for those disgusting donuts I couldn't take them back because I was driving home from another state and decided that I would like some fresh doughnuts when I got home which was a 2 hour and forty five minute drive from Krispy Kreme it was to late I even tried calling them but got no answer so here is my thinking their not open for customers and it was drive up service only so this must make them think they can get away with how they treat customers I will not go their again they use to be a very good place to get donuts guess they figured they can treat you the way they want seeing that they don't have to meet you face to face or take your calls.I DONT EVEN GIVE THEM A ONE VERY BAD SERVICE!! This is me telling you to be aware of what they put in your box when you order donuts make sure their fresh and is exactly what your paying for open the box right their!

First off, subpar attitude at the drive through.
Secondly, ordered 2 hot and 1 ice coffee. Got 3 "hot". Order was fixed and handed "iced" (it was warm)
We drive off, the wrong one plus the two correct ones were Luke warm at best. Not even. Just a smidgen above cold. Horrible. (This was seconds after pulling away. No time to cool in the vehicle)
Drove quite a ways to not have Starbucks just to have a horrible coffee experience. Quite sad.

I got a dozen original glazed..... I really thought that it was NOT a Krispy Kreme when I opened the box. The donuts were old, cold (I get it, "COVID still a little" and drive thru) but, the donuts looked like they were not made on locating but shipped to the store, just like when you get them frozen from your local convenience store! Not worth my 2 hour trip to get them! Please KK work on this , You are my FAV!

Looked online, closes at 10. Sweet, it’s 8:30 we have time to get there. Pull up at 9:05 to a closed sign. Awesome. Change your hours if you can’t follow them.
