A staple in Chula Vista since I was a kid...we always knew that this Jack-in-the-crack next to Roberto's would always be open no matter what time of the night we had the munchies! Consistently good food and service at this one, others, not so much.

Usually work pretty fast and friendly there is some exceptions with the crew couple people act rude that work their but very few. Always homeless outside hanging out so use the drive through and if you go at night bring cash usually always cash only at night for some reason.

Ok I came on my lunch break so I can’t just waist time to go back and wait to correct this issue. So I ordered and was charged for 2 cluck deluxe combos 7.99 plus tax each they gave me 2 regular cluck combos 599 plus tax I was over charged and didn’t get what I ordered or what I was charged for I paid almost 18 bucks for some small dry chicken sandwiches go to Popeyes if you want a real chicken sandwich that won’t cost you a arm and leg

Came twice today and they made me drive to front and wait for my food.. first time they forgot my ranch so I had to get out of my car with my 2 and 3 year old. There’s a reason why I went to drive thru so it was an inconvenience. Overall good is good.

We could say that it's just an other franchise but the flavor of the menu is tasty specially the shakes and from the value menu the Jr bacon sandwich so yes its just an other franchise with a bonus.

This was my favorite Jack , in fact I can recall when this restaurant had the actuall jack in a box up high over the restaurant proudly displaying their trade mark jack in the box. The food is always good and managers are friendly and they get your purchase correctly the first time, every time. If you have a cooler full of food or refreshments ask the manager up front and go around to the back door , they will gladly fill up a cooler or two at no cost . No purchase necessary.
