I went to the Inperial beach location and they were closed because of short staff, I looked out through window and at least 3 employees were talking sitting on the benches I called to this location and I asked why and he said maybe due to short staff and he told me they’d close at 11 ; I drove all the way there to find that they were closing and wouldn’t take my order anymore. I called the store many times to ask for an explanation; the employee who was a guy and answering the phones around 9 was so rude when I called him again and he hung up the phone on me at least twice! I’m going back tomorrow to get a complain with the supervisor.

Would give it no stars. I can see they screw up A LOT of meals based on reviews... Went last night and ordered a famous star- what I did get was a BS burger with small ass slider patties. No, I didn't order a famous star with slider patties, I think the famous star is your classic & all fast food companies have "how to make this burger." So if you don't know what you're doing, look at the ingredients sheet, it will tell you a regular patty goes in a regular burger. Can you see the difference in size? Their cook really can't or just really dgaf. Fries were dead cold too. Only thing good about this place was the elder hispanic woman who was such a sweetheart. Oh ya & the soda was perfect....this time. Last time my bf got a soda from the dining area, a piece of plastic was dispensed in his cup!!! Manager offered him a burger- how professional! This place will, if not already, be pending in lawsuits.
