Burgerfi

Very disappointed in quality and customer service. After finally arriving home after being on a plane all day with minimal food, I was craving a nice burger and fries. I grabbed my food to go from burgerfi in Trinity and went home to enjoy the meal. When I opened the bag I was highly disappointed. The burger tasted fine but the truffle fries I ordered were completely burnt and hard as a rock. To add more insult to injury there was no truffle sauce included. I spent 6 bucks on the fries to throw them all away. Not sure how you can look at those fries and say that’s good enough quality to serve. I didn’t want to leave a bad review and gave burgerfi a chance to rectify the situation. I went to the website to submit my concern with pic attached and got no response. With poor quality control and poor customer service, I will not return and take my business elsewhere. 6 dollars literally in the trash.

The food here is so good! My only issue is that I get a different amount of food every time I go even though I order the same things everytime. Aren't there set portion sizes for things? Usually the regular fries is enough to share today the portion was only enough for one child. I don't have young children so it kind of leaves us hungry after spending $30. Sometimes my concrete is like 4oz and sometimes it's 8oz?

We’ve been here before a few times and have ordered online a few times as well, so needless to say we like BurgerFi. Our most recent visit was a bit more pleasant than previous visits. We were greeted by a very friendly cashier and staff behind the counter. As a side note, the food was really good, but this time the service overshadowed the food itself. It didn’t stop there. As we dined in, we were asked politely a few times if we needed anything. The overall service in our most recent visit was the very reason people like to return to places.

Burgerfi is an awesome place with a great menu. Lots of options for burgers and hotdogs. Fries are super good and everything seems fresh snd organic. They also have waygu meat for some burgers and dogs. Would go there again, if you like burgers Check this place out. I cant wait to try their custard next time, it looks really good. This place won't disappoint you. There is not a drive through, online ordering wasn't working at the time. It took about 15-20 minuets to get food after ordering , but it was also for 5 people, so the time frame wasn't terrible, it's better than fast food trust me. Little pricey but worth it for what you get, very filling, we all got the double burgerfi burger, I had parmasean fries, which were awesome. I forgot to take photos of the food, but taken my word for it, it's good.

I came in tonight and ordered a family size Urban Style fries to-go. My order came out and delivered on a plate fully loaded with garic aioli (presintation was great!). I witnessed the young lady tell the boy that was making the fries that it was to-go the boy shook his head no and continued to do what he was doing (turns out the boy is management name Ryan). The young lady proceeded to bring me the food to the table I was waiting at and I told her it was to-go. She acknowledged it and said "I know" and looked confused at what to do. I asked for it to be made to go but instead the girls were instructed by the boy to put it in a bag, (a paper bag that would have been soild with garlic aioli and would have broken on the way out) after it was sitting on the counter for about 4 minutes. The manager Ryan would not come out to talk to me when I asked why it could not be remade, instead I was left standing there confused as to whether or not my food was going to be made until he just tossed a paper bag with my food on the window and just looked at me. What's unfortunate is my daughter works there and witness everything and was completely embarrassed at how I was treated. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and with such embarrassment.

Again you try a place for the first time and they give you double dipped greasy fries. I saw only young kids working. I should have known when I walked in. Whoever is in charge of this place you need to quit. You don’t care. I cooked and I served 24 years in the army. We got better food. Don’t eat this
