First off, why so rude? No, “Hi how can I help you” or “Thank you”. Nope, pull up at the window and not a word is said.
More importantly, WHY is there plastic cooked into the burger?? How?! That’s dangerous. What if this went to a kid and they choked on the plastic?? Luckily, I noticed this beforehand.
McDonalds is really going downhill. Not just this location. I have not ate here in years. I think I will continue to not eat at McDonald’s.

Whenever I come in I'm respectful, cheery, and kind to the workers. When I'm mad, I smile and don't let it show. When I'm frustrated because it's taking a while longer than I'd like, I smile and don't let it show. I try very hard to do this for everyone, not just the people working here.
When I come in and need to ask a simple question, (one or two word answer as I value your time because you're busy) I am looked at then your guys walk away. Because I really try to give you guys respect, I felt excessively disrespected by this because it happened with three people in a row. I lost my cool a little and I apologize for my returned disrespect. Next time I'll ask to talk to a manager. However, you guys have lost my respect and my business because I remember when I'd stand at the register waiting for service for a good fifteen minutes while employees would look at me and not care there was someone waiting to be rung up. This happened over and over at every McDonald's I went to. At one of the locations I was even blatantly made fun of because of my eyes being off. I stayed respectful through that too, btw. I can't do business with you guys anymore.

Was having an emergency situation with transportation and asked if they'd help and call out family for help with getting a ride home and we were rudely ignored by employee that was a guy with long brown hair. Then he asked fellow employee that was a guy manager about their policy on allowing anyone other than workers the use of the stores telephone as if we were not there which he didn't apparently have the answer and said he would have to go check then proceeded to go to their office and. Lady standing there waiting for her order was nice and asked for my info and she said she would call for us once she got back in her car. Thankfully she did call our family and our family was able to get our neighbor lady to come get us.

One of the worst I've been too! Ordered a ice coffee and was given a ice coffee with grounds in it as a drink from one of the youngest managers at night that need's a new life beside McDonald's. Was also told by a different head manager from that store that I'm not allowed to order food sitting out side of the restaurant so I decided to cancel the order and got my money back because I was told I can't sit outside and order food as a customer. Not sure how you make money by chasing off you're best customers. Guess it you're loss in the end when I'll never be back as a customers because of one of the main manager's. Good luck, they do NOT care about customer service! Just pass this place and find a better location that's willing to respect the customers as a human being!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Never had an issue with the food but they work when they want to. Supposed to open at 6? You’re lucky if they are there at 7. Drive thru wrapped around the building because they are slower than Christmas? Can’t go inside because they randomly lock the lobby. Curbside? Don’t even think about it. Just atrocious.

We've been coming here regularly for many years. Now, they have the worst staff in the history of McDonald's. Waited 20 minutes for my drive-thru order. Got home and realized hot cakes were missing. Called to let them know I was coming back, so I wouldn't have to wait again. Drove all the way back, and they made me come in and wait an additional 10 minutes even though hot cakes were on the counter. When I asked if someone could hand them to me, so I could go, the staff said they were for someone else currently in the drive-thru. No customer service skills whatsoever... Where is the owner?

Waited a while in a spot for my order, ugh. Just a Qtr pounder meal. Won't order again. Wait time and cold fries! Very pleasant team though, felt sincere apology for wait time from the associate. Missing star is wait time and cold fries.
