I don't miss 'having a waitress's. I was prepared to hate e- orders. The staff, well.. Courtney, was so helpful and welcoming. The process was eased. And I watched her help a large family and seat them comfortably also. The food is improved and I'm on my way there now.

Hubby and I both had the #7 burger and fries last week, which was so good that we went back last night. But this trip was such a disappointment and don't know if I can go back as my burger must have had a box of salt in it and my husband said his had a weird taste which he could not pin point. His had pickles and the usual items that come on this burger while mine was minus the pickles and ketchup but added mayonnaise (very same as previous week). The fries were good, hot and fresh.

Wow!!! What a Great group of employees I had the absolute pleasure of meeting tonight!! All of them were super super friendly and made me feel so welcome. From the young man I saw on his break who took the time to stop and speak to me to the one who took my order and the one who met me at the drive thru window as well as the manager.....all smiles and beautiful personalities!! Such a refreshing change!

If it wasn't for my daughter I wouldn't keep going back. Now that they're not serving you on the inside and it's carry out and drive through only I suggest you really check your bag before you go. I could barely feel one fry box up with the two fries they served me. Needs work. But no customers on the inside he should concentrate on your drive through service.

It was our first experience with the new updated self serve ordering system. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was very clean and the food was great! We loved the shakes in the glass cups. We loved the improvements and changes.

The "new," Steak n Shake is a shadow of it's former awesomeness. The takeout is still great, and the food hadn't changed...but if you used to love the sit down dine in experience, your in for a big let down. Order your own from a digital kiosk, pay before sitting..plastic forks, no real plated or silverware . Had to ask for condiments.. too bad, a epic chain brought low by mandates and a crashing economy... Stick to the drive thru...

Loved the new experience of this place. Man oh man I missed steak and shake and taking it home is just not the same. The place is fresh and clean .. you order at the counter and pay then They call you up to grab it. I felt like the food came up faster and fresher with less fuss. We will definitely be back. Of course I miss the service but this way felt a little more convenient and faster.

Double steak burger with cheese, fries and a Strawberry shake. It was very good but not excellent. I am not a fan of the post pandemic set up with ordering from a kiosk and picking up the order from the counter...next time I will use the drive through and not feel like a tip is nessisary. For about the same price I can go to Rocky's and get a full cheesesteak, fries and a drink...and a wait staff
