Hometown Buffet

We went here to celebrate my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. Although we had a great time, while my daughter was getting a piece of corn bread there was a hair cooked into it. I told the worker and she removed the hair only! Left the entire pain still sitting there. I was completely repulsed. I didn't even eat. We spent over $70 on food that neither my husband or I ate (the kids still ate but I checked all there food carefully and made sure none of them had cornbread). Our meal was ruined after that. We obviously stayed to celebrate the baby's birthday, but left soon after. We still tipped our waitress well because she was very sweet and felt terrible that we had such a bad experience and no one did anything about it.

I haven’t been here in 10 years. Decided I wanted to go with my family and best friend. I have to say this place has gone down hill so much. The food is cheap quality. For example the ranch was pretty much liquid and pour off my plate just like water. I am so disappointed. Lowering food quality to make a quicker buck. For the price it was I expected so much more. Staff was great though

I thought they had breakfast. They only serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday..... hadn't been here in ages. Now I know why. Food wasn't hot at all.....opened at 11am. Not much of a selection; only main entree meat choices were chicken or meatloaf. Mediocre taste. The taco bar wasn't bad and they had taco meat (ground beef) available. Chatted with some friends I hadn't seen in a long time. Probably will be a long time before I return, if ever. Service was excellent ‼️ It's the food that's questionable.

I've been there twice and the food is pretty good. It's not amazing but it's great for when you want home cooked type food but don't feel like cooking. Great entree options, nice salad bar, and good desert selection, but pretty overpriced in my opinion. Probably because they offer a few different types of meat at the meat carving station. It was $17.95 for just my food and a drink.
