Very nice atmosphere to come and relax. The servers and managers are great. Katia is always very efficient and goes out of her way to accommodate requests. She is very nice and pleasant to talk too, and remembers specific orders from before. Makes it very comfortable. By far the best server I've had at a Hookah bar. Khalil and Jenna are also great at their jobs and go out of their way to graciously treat their customers. Would highly recommend!

The place is serves Middle Eastern food and upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who stood there making sure everything is OK. Great Food and Service, Very Nice Place and Clean. I love the atmosphere. Basically, I loved this place! Best hookahs! Hard to find in Toledo! I had a great time. Definitely, going to go back with my friends! Thank you!

I've been going to this place for a while, and I've seen it's changes up until now. It's come a long way from what it used to be, regardless of other opinions this place is great. The servers are all friendly people, check on you to make sure everything is good, and even take the time to talk to you. The owner is friendly and polite to his customers, and continues to encourage this behavior from his staff. They serve a variety of different Mediterranean and American foods to appeal to the different customers they have. The same thing goes for the music played, just a variety to appeal to the different customers they have. The servers all are very knowledgeable of the hookah they work with. They have a variety of flavors that anyone can enjoy, and sometimes they will even suggest flavors that people will enjoy. Since it became Rockets Lounge, I've been there more now then I ever have been. They've made great progress and I encourage more to come and enjoy this place.

This place is amazing. I come here often with my friends and relax and play cards. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is amazing. Rarely do I have a problem with service, and if I do it's something very minimal. Overall would recommend this place to anybody for a great hookah and great experience. Manager is very polite and will come around and have conversations, making it feel almost homey. Love this place!!

I've been coming here for years and have always had great service. The staff is always friendly and personable, food is always great and the hookah is almost always on point (if it's not on point, then they immediately take care of it). A great place to study or hang out with friends. It's nice to go to a place to relax and get treated like a valuable customer. I recommend this place to people on a regular basis.

Rocket lounge is a great location to get great Mediterranean food at any time of day. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is just right. It's reasonably priced with great service. What's better than getting food to go or dine in with hookah?! And they play anime a d other cool nonchalant showings. Great vibes!

Have had many countless sub par experiences at Rocket Lounge. friends of mine recommended that we go there because they heard good things about the place. The food is decent but overpriced for what they serve you. I have had multiple experiences when me and my friends went there and received bad service and hospitality. I've gave Rocket lounge the benefit of the doubt before but my last experience pushed me to NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. The last time i went their with my friends we had a waitress that has serve us multiple different times in the past and she made many mistakes such as got our orders wrong, rarely checked up on our table, and tried to over charge us on our meal. We waited several different times for 15-25 mins for a few glasses of water when there was few customers at Rocket Lounge. along with that waitress she had a bad attitude towards my friends and lacked manners. I understand that the place has had new management for the past year but they need to get their act together, it needs to step up around there. I really think if there servers were nicer, more attentive and that the manager and owner kept a better eye on the place, i think they would receive a lot more business. besides all of that there just a local place to smoke hookah, and relax inside or outside but don't expect anything special.
