Little Caesars

Basic but good for 5 bucks. 1-21-22 ordered online because they never answer the phone in this location. Picked the food up. Hot and ready had no sauce. I got crazy bread per the picture. I ordered it with extra garlic butter and parm all over the whole thing. Worst I have ever had at any location in any State. Staff is rude. I had to go back with no kind of reimbursement. I don't usually rip places but this is horrible.

Order the pepperoni most besties...or what ever that call it... hell hot and readys have more pep... and the did the cut the crazy bread so small and not tell youbthe size change.or... same as the Italian bread... use to take the whole box now so small you can add sides.. in the box.. and have room... smh...

went in to get pizza for my family for dinner/lunch while im at work and when i opened the pizza half of it didnt have cheese on it. tried calling THREE times to no pick up. this has happened before, last time our breadsticks were still half RAW. again tried calling last time with NO answer AGAIN. awful service.

My family and I were on our way home from our sons Championship Hockey game in Detroit, Michigan. We were 25 minutes from home and he wanted his usual Little Caesars Pizza (which we order at minimum twice a week for him) I tried to order a pizza, stuffed bread sticks and crazy sauce online OVER an hour and half BEFORE they closed and it told me that I could not put my order in. So I tried to call the store and AS USUAL the line was busy.. (I've NEVER been able to get through to a person on the phone line at the stores location, it's always either busy or it makes the fax line noise. I've called other locations and they've told me that they always have issues with their phones) so we decide to just stop in and grab a pizza. There were 2 people sitting inside and a kid yelled from the back but I dont know what he said. So a minute later someone comes up front. I asked if they had any of the hot n ready he said no that they had 2 other people in front of me and it would be about 20-25 minutes. I said ok well I tried to order online over 25 minutes ago and it wouldnt let me. I said you guys close at 11 so why would it cut off so early? He said well I'm new so I dont know. Then he said well we close early sometimes though when we dont have enough people. Ummm... ok? That's helpful. Guess I'll go next door to J-Cups pizza where I got a pizza in less than 10 minutes. Can we say disappointed and really tired of the phone issues with this location. Where I was then told that the kids take the phone off the hook because it rings too much. Seriously???

I will never go again. Super rude staff, they NEVER answer the phone, they forget stuff every time with absolutely no effort to make it right when we have to waste our gas and our time having to go back again for the stuff we paid for. Then we went back to get the 5 things they forgot and they forgot to give us our crazy bread sauce, shame on us for thinking there was no way they could forget stuff AGAIN. So we still didn't get everything after having to go twice. THEY ARE THE WORST. While I'm going off, one of the previous experiences, they refused to honor coupons for that location that I PAID for! So I do not know why I even went back.
