Dunkin'

I'm a regular customer, weekday mornings on the way to work, coffee and typically a breakfast sandwich. On the weekends coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. This morning, I ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich and when I got to work, found my food was a chared, inedible, mess as you see! Unacceptable and inexcusable. I guess going forward, I'll have to inspect my food before leaving.

I have been visiting this location for years, now. Even if I don't have plans to be in the area that day, at least once a week I will make the fifteen minute drive, passing other Dunkin locations on the way, just to come to this one. The staff is superb and always so kind. They always get my order right and many know what I want by heart. I could never say enough to express how awesome these guys are. There have been several instances over the last few years where I was having a bad day and my whole day was turned around just because of the kindness of the staff members! Thank you guys for being the great people that you are!
