Mcdonald's

The food was packaged very well and fresh. They were fast with the order and respectful when I was giving my order. I would give it a five but all of our large fries were half empty when we got them. I k ow most people say that's how much you get but that's the lowest amount we have ever received haha.

Normally I do not complain due to so many hungry and homeless people. Just left your Drive thru in Springdale Princeton. I know you are short of quality help. But you MUST take time to make sure the sandwiches are not hard and old because it’s been sitting there awhile. Just bought your fish 2 for 6. Both was dried out and the buns was hard. Somebody should have checked that. Unfortunately I know very little will be done and can be done due to the young people that are working. I will pray that something great happens not only with your workers but this is infested throughout every area of our society. PEOPLE just don’t care. I will only eat out at fast food places in extreme emergencies. Unfortunately I am in the minority since I am a senior. Training is external. You cannot change through training and corrective action the internal value and work ethics of people. Thanks for reading this I can go on record at least saying I pray that God help us ALL.

This morning I use the app to pick up curbside. I am 3 days out of quarantine so I didn't want to make contact. My thought was to pull up and have them place the food in the back. Well I was waiting for 10 mins for my order to be brought out. After 10 minutes, I went through the drive through and advised I was waiting for 10 minutes at a curbside spot. The young lady in back drive thru apologized and had me pull up to the second window. I appreciate her taking ownership of the issue. Once I pulled up my food was sitting there, and who looked to be the shift manager, handed me my food defensively. I am sure working in fast food you deal with a lot of crazy customers, however I am not one of them. I use to work at McDonalds in high school. I was just disappointment no one brought me my food in a timely manner. If the staff doesn't want to leave the building, this service should not be available at this location. I wish I knew the young lady name who was nice so I could shout her out. So anyone out there, don't use curbside there, its a waste of time, just get in line.
