I'm a regular customer, weekday mornings on the way to work, coffee and typically a breakfast sandwich. On the weekends coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich.
This morning, I ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich and when I got to work, found my food was a chared, inedible, mess as you see!
Unacceptable and inexcusable.
I guess going forward, I'll have to inspect my food before leaving.

I have been visiting this location for years, now. Even if I don't have plans to be in the area that day, at least once a week I will make the fifteen minute drive, passing other Dunkin locations on the way, just to come to this one. The staff is superb and always so kind. They always get my order right and many know what I want by heart. I could never say enough to express how awesome these guys are. There have been several instances over the last few years where I was having a bad day and my whole day was turned around just because of the kindness of the staff members! Thank you guys for being the great people that you are!

It's like they don't train their employees here. Every single time I get an iced coffee it's made completely different. Often it tastes like it was from the day before On top of that, why i got to stir my drink every time. It's like they can't be bothered to put any effort at all into it.

Horrible service, terrible coffe, few doughnuts available. Needs more attention. They serve me a coffe that tasted like pure milk. My wife order a warm chocolate croissant and capuchino, both were served cold. I had to ask to replace my coffe.Thortons has much very coffe!!!

I come in this dunkin every morning n never have a problem till today. Idk what happen but for a turkey sausage n cheese croissant to look like this is unacceptable. It was hard as a rock.

Manager is super rude. It's like she can't be bothered by you when you pull up. I've over heard her multiple times yelling at the other employees. She doesn't need to embarrass them and degrade them. 😳

I come to this location multiple times a week, and I received the wrong order today but didn’t notice until I already drove off. I called to inform them, and no one answered. I just want the right drink. ☹️
