Subway

There is severe cross contamination at this location, which is very concerning. One of the workers has his mask below his chin at all times (I have gone in twice in the past few weeks and have seen this). The meat/veggies were sloppily thrown onto my sandwich, and the counters where the sandwiches are made are not being cleaned between orders.

I like coming to this Subway location. The ladies always greet and they are quick to make the sandwiches. The only reason why I deducted the extra star is because they are always low on cold bottled drinks. I wanted to purchase (3) sodas and the employee had to pull them out from the back. It was unfortunate because my workers had to eat their cold sandwiches with room temperature coke. I went back again the following week and same issue, very limited with the bottled drinks.

Came here the other day. Place was clean, workers greated me nicely and I waited for my pick up order, got three sandwiches they were all made great beautiful sandwiches. The only issue was 2 of them had pepperoni which I did not add. My order was done through the app so I don't put blame on the workers the app may have a glitch on the menu because my sandwiches did not have pepper jack cheese. I would come back though.

I've been here before and had good food and service, but this morning I was very disappointed to find out that my favorite meat was no longer available (roast beef). I choose another and the server toasted it without asking me first. I don't like toasted bread as it dries out their wonderful bread. The next problem was the drink despensing machine was only despensing water or diet soda. When I asked about it I was told that they hadn't refilled it yet (an hour and a half after opening), so I waited for a minute for either one of the 2 servers there to start to fill it, when they didn't make a move towards the machine and just kept on chatting I just got the diet dr pepper (which turned out to be un-drinkable it as so nasty tasting) and left. Needless to say I will not be going back any time soon, especially when my favorite meat is no longer available.
