wendys is usually inconsistent with their food but our meal hit it out of the park this time. so, I give this wendy's an overall good review. it's only 4 stars instead of 5 because the cashier got our order wrong...and we had to repeat what we wanted several times and the order was still wrong...I would definitely check your order before you go. but the food quality as this wendy gives them an A- for me. my fiance gave it a B+

Got the baconator and my favorite from Wendy's a large Frosty but you know what you got to spend a lot of money at Wendy's now because their medium and small are really both smalls and then they're large is a medium, I'm really disappointed I know you guys are getting hit because the inflation but that's one of your biggest sellers and ice cream is cheap makes me not want to come there because it's ripping you off but I guess that's the name of the game and the fast food now!

Looked at the line at McDonalds and said nope. Came right over to the Wendy’s drive thru and they had my meal out to me in a split second. It was way better than the place across the street. Wendy’s for the win.

I don't eat fast food as much as other people but when I do, Wendy's is one of the two restaurants near me that I will go to. Unlike my other choice of fast food restaurants, I have never had a meal that wasn't exactly what I ordered.
I rarely order burgers at fast food places so here's what I have to say:
The Hot Honey and Spicy Chicken sandwiches, in my opinion, are the BEST chicken sandwiches at any fast food restaurant in the St. Joseph area.
As far as a breakfast sandwich, nothing touches the breakfast baconator and they have biscuits and gravy so, needless to say, I highly recommend this location (Niles Avenue, St. Joseph, MI)

I don't know her name; but the women who runs the drive through at night is always so sweet and generous. Need more people like her in the fast food industry. Kudos. Came around through the drive through last night and she was more than welcoming.

Stopped by on a Saturday recently - this team not only showed up, they *showed up *. Very quick and accurate drive thru service, didn't have to repeat my order 5 times, no waiting at all to get my order. Everything was done well!

Friendly staff and Mr. Bobby deserve a medal for getting me off a stall marker. Didn't know it was a exit to the right of the driveway and it got stuck under my car. The gentleman was eager to help,even brought out a dolly to lift it from underneath my vehicle. We had to use the car Jack to assist us. We went there for breakfast. So everyone who enjoys Wendy's then should go there. And give praises to Bobby. That's what living in America all about kind people that helps you no matter what. And I want to thank the Manager for letting him help me too. God bless you all.
