The food is good, but if you do an online pick up on the weekend, expect to be there a while. I had to wait over 45min. And talked to a guy that was there for close to 2hr's. Very busy... And didnt get all of are food...

This is the second time I ordered to go and I ordered Teriyaki chicken and expected it to come with the teriyaki sauce and NO! It didn’t. So upset twice now

Horrible customer service! Exceptionally rude and yelled at my husband. Waited 20 monutes in line and still didnt get our food because they were more worried about online orders. I will never go back!

Slowest Panda Express on Earth. Usually will remake my food after someone comes through and orders half the restaurant and spends 10 minutes checking out. Last time this wasn't the case and I left and will never return. The management at this place must really be the pits.

So I placed an order online. I got to the store to pick it up and was barred from getting in because I wasn't wearing a face mask. I have a medical exemption so I am not allowed to wear one. Instead I had to stand outside, in the cold, to get my order. Never again will I be coming to this location.

The food is always fresh and delicious. I would just ask that portion sizes be more consistent. For instance, sometimes a box is bulging full and other times it's not even 3/4 filled.
