Starbucks

Coffee good as always. Service was bad. Baristas we're apparently having a bad day. Ordered on line. Stopped to pickup my drinks, they were ready. No one asked if they could help me so when I reached to look at the names on the drinks they immediately gave me some attention with attitude. I understand I shouldn't be touching other people's stuff ( I didn't). Then I asked for splash guards for my two cups. They responded they would get them. While I was waiting for splash guards I noticed one of my cups was pretty messy all over the lid. Then I noticed the counter was speaking wet with coffee, water and ice cubes. They was another drink sitting on the counter and something in a paper bag. Both sitting in the water. I pointed this out to them and they got very defensive about it saying the iced drinks sweat on the counter. I mentioned the water had a brown tint and the pile of melting ice cubes sitting on the counter may be to blame. They started realizing I wasn't going to just drop it and started asking if they could get me some napkins to clean up my cup lid. I left feeling very disappointed in the level of service. Wishing my normal store on the north belt had online order. Their service is so much better.
