This Wendy's deserves a 4 stars ranking In terms of their order accuracy and nice attitude to customers. Much better than the McDonald's across to the street. Similar fast food stores in the same town but totally different experience for the same customer.

Food was what you expect from a fast food place. I was blessed enough to be able to hear all the employee complaints about their customers...lots of fun there. The dining area was completely a mess. Left over food and trash everywhere. No other customers in the building....just employees on their phones.

One would think it would be hard to mess up a mobile order, being that it’s there in black and white. But this place manages to do just that. On more than one occasion. Tonight my husbands dinner was rendered inedible due to the incompetence of the employee who I think might have been the manager that waved me off after giving me my “incomplete” order. Still trying to get refunded, that buck was passed to the general customer service number that no one seems to answer. So done with this Wendy’s.

Overall Thoughts: this is one of the more visually attractive Wendy’s I have seen from the outside! The restaurant was a little above average from a cleanliness standpoint, but the young lady working the register the day we went was visibly disgusted that she was having to take orders on this day!

Horrible experience, 20 minutes to get through the drive through with only two cars in line and an near empty parking lot.
The car in front of me was handed a bag of food and they handed it back, come to find out it was my food. The burger had been unwrapped and put back in the bag. It was then given to me and was more than obvious it had been opened and re wrapped very poorly. It wasn’t even the way I ordered it. I was handed the bag with a “here” and that’s it. Absolutely unbelievable a restaurant would hand me food handled by someone else. Don’t eat here, it’s not safe

The only wendys in the area that won't use the flavoring they have for lemonade to make a flavored tea. I guess that's their right just wanting others who may enjoy flavored tea like I do

I visited this store at a slow time, so that may be to their advantage, but i has a positive experience. Bright, cheerful and quick service for order entry. Food took a little while to arrive but was fresh and was well prepared. Love the new store design, which has some elevated seating and always a plus, international soccer on TVs!!!

This has to be the most unprofessional Wendy’s around. Horrible, unprofessional and slack service. The dude in the drive thru has his sleeves rolled up and the girl has ear buds in. Where are the standards? Way to lower the bar on a race to the bottom.
