Sonic Drive-in

I ordered our meals on the Sonic app. I thought the app was convenient and efficient. However, after ordering and receiving our food, I realized that we were missing a BLT toaster. I returned to the store and went through the drive thru and told them a sandwich was left out. They sought to remedy the problem quickly, however the replacement was poorly made and with no professionalism.

Ordered two blasts on the app. Myself and many other patrons were waiting 50+ minutes. Fifty minutes for two blasts that take 30 seconds to make? This is the second time in a month span that sonic has made me wait an extremely long time for no reason. The first time they CLOSED and I had to go to the window and be like where is my food? After an entire hour and a half wait. You are not hurting for bodies, as I see many people inside working... So maybe it is lack of competence? I ended up cancelling my order tonight after 50 minutes and went to McDonald's. There was 10 cars in front of me and I was in and out in 15 minutes, with the drive through person having her one arm in a sling. A one armed woman was able to serve people faster, and overall smoother then a team of 7 people with only 5 cars in line when we got there? I even ordered on the app ahead, which in your terms is "faster." You need to step it up big time Oak Ridge Sonic, because currently you are a joke. You have lost our business moving forward.

If i could give this zero stars, i would. Sonic in Oak Ridge has went downhill! I placed an order through the app at 7:04pm. I arrived to pick up my food at 7:15pm and notified them I was there. By 7:40pm, I still didn't have my order. I called in to them and the kid said he would get a manager. Manager never came to the speaker. He then said he would send one out to talk to me about a refund. Nobody ever came out. At this point, I found a number to call for a refund. At this same time a rep had just got on the phone and they had just walked out trying to give me my food at 7:50pm. Almost an hour later, I didn't want the food. I just wanted a refund for my food. I tried being patient with them but I feel like after almost an hour, it should be out to me. Especially since they weren't exactly busy.

My most recent experience was devastating. Ordered through the app, and waited 45 minutes. Pressed the red button "We will bring it right out" 20 minutes later "We will bring it out after we remake your shake" The shake was fresh. The only thing in an order you WANT to not be so danm fresh you can't drink it was the only thing remade fresh. Of course you get a coupon for a free ice cream cone and or a free shake. Really really disappointed considering how often I have amazing service. Maybe just stay away around nine pm on Sunday nights.

Extremely slow and they couldn't understand me when placing my order which caused my wait to be over 30 minutes from the time that I pulled up until the time that I left. Once I had left I had my boyfriend double check our bag and they had forgotten both of our sides for our meals. I'll turned around by shoneys we went back after calling and waited another 15 minutes for them to bring out 2 medium sides of mozzarella sticks. By the time we got home all of our food was cold and the mozzarella sticks literally had no cheese in them as well as my popcorn chicken being so over cooked that half of the meat turned to powder when I started chewing.

As a food service worker I try not to leave these reviews but my experience today was unacceptable. I ordered 2 route 44 slushes via the app. After 10 minutes of waiting at the stall the screen said my server was on their way. Waiting another 20 minutes trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and no one came out. Waisted by lunch break and money.
